We do not offer international shipping at this time. US shipping only

Orders will take 3 to 5 business  days for processing. During the processing time we will complete a thorough quality assurance check on order items. We make sure our orders/items are in good condition, functioning properly and packaged correctly. We want to ensure our customers are extremely satisfied with their order. We will also verify payments during this time. 

Our orders are shipped through USPS or UPS.  Shipping will take 3 - 5 business days from the date it is shipped to you. Not from the day it is ordered.  We don’t ship orders on weekends and holidays. Shipping fees will be  calculated and added to your order, The cost depends the order size. Once your order is shipped, we will email you with your tracking number. If shipping is delayed from our warehouse we will notify you immediately.  Shipping will be delayed if we need to verify information before processing payments.  Shipping can also be delayed,  due to the pandemic and busier times of the year for the USPS. These circumstances are out of our control.

 When you receive your shipping confirmation in your email, when  your order has been picked up and is on its way to you. You will also receive a tracking number. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages once shipped. We suggest purchasing insurance for packages over $100. Your local Post Office may be able to assist you with other options. Shipping can be $8.00 - $15.00 depending on size of the order.

Billing and Shipping address must match on your order.  We reserve the right to cancel the order, if we feel there is fraudulent activity. We may contact you for further verification, if we suspect fraud or we will cancel your order. We will send you a canceled order email, if this is the case. 

When placing your order MAKE SURE YOUR INFORMATION IS CORRECT. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses, when  customers inputs the incorrect information. If the package is stolen you may be able to receive assistance from your local USPS. If the package is returned to us. You will be responsible for paying for another shipping label, when you don't pick a item from the post office or they send it back not deliverable. Please make sure your information is accurate before submitting your order. Once your package is shipped from our warehouse and in the hands of USPS, they will be the one to call regarding a stolen package that has been successfully delivered according to your tracking number. 

If we make an exception and accept return or exchange of an item not fault of Miss. SaleLaneous, you will be responsible for all shipping costs.
