ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There are NO refunds, returns,  exchanges or cancellations. Once your order is placed and the payment is sent you agree to the terms-conditions and orders can't be canceled.  Miss. SaleLaneous provides a thorough quality assurance check and carefully packs all of our orders before we ship them to our customers.

We are not perfect and make mistakes. If you have a functionality issue or defective item/items. Please email us ASAP no later than 7 days of receiving your item or items. We will review your case and email you with our decision. When a defective item is received. It must be sent back in the original package, unworn, unwashed and with all the tags. We must be notified within 7 days that items are defective or your were sent a incorrect order. If you don't email us within 7 days we have the right to refuse your return.  Returns can take up to 14 days to process.

You will be notified by email that your return was accepted and approved or denied.  We will not accept items that have been worn, washed, not in the original package or if there is a odor. If your return is approved for a defective item, receiving a incorrect order and we are at fault. We will send you out the the correct order or item in the same size NO EXCEPTIONS.  If an item is not in stock due to limited quantity. You will be issued a gift card or a credit for Miss. Salelaneous Apparel in the amount of your order or defective item/items and shipping fees. Please don't send back items to us without getting approval from Miss. Salelaneous. We will send the items back to you and deny your return.

Please make sure you read item descriptions and select the correct item, before finalizing your purchase and agreeing to the terms. Sometimes colors on items can appear slightly different due to lighting.  If you receive the incorrect order and it is a mistake on our part, please notify us by email immediately.

The customer will need to send back the incorrect order in the original packing, unworn, with tags, undamaged and no later than 7 days after receiving the return shipping label. Shipping fees and expenses will be covered by Miss. Saleaneous when an incorrect order is sent to a customer and the mistake is our fault. We will email you a shipping label once the return is approved. Customers will need to keep proof of return and tracking number when shipping back incorrect orders. Once we receive the incorrect order return. We will immediately ship the correct order  to the customer or offer a store credit for the total price of the incorrect order. If the item is out of stock. You will be  issued a credit for our store in the amount of the order. We want to ensure our customers are satisfied and receive the best customer service.

We are not responsible for return packages lost in transit. Please keep your tracking information. If a return package is lost or stolen in transit back to us. Please contact the USPS for assistance.

 We can be reached at info@missalelaneous.com. In your email include your name, order number,  attach the return form and pic of the defective item. Please give us at least 24 hours to respond.
